Dr Nandita Divekar

Bringing more than 20years experience as a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine.  Her areas of interest are Gynaecology Day Surgery, Trauma, Orthopaedics and Pre-Assessment. She is the Smoking Cessation Lead for the Trust and a member of the ‘All-Party Parliamentary Thrombosis Group’. 

Nandita is involved in Clinical Research and has been the lead PI from her hospital on many trials.  In addition to this, she is extremely passionate about medical education being involved in courses on atrial fibrillation along with being international faculty on BASICS Intensive Care Course and on the national faculty for CcRISP course.  She has also given lectures and presentations at many International conferences.
