James brings a wide range of skills developed during a successful fifteen-year career in Primary Care Management.  

James has held various positions in Primacy Care including as a Managing Partner of a large CQC rated Outstanding Practice.  

Alongside he has also held several roles as a Primary Care consultant focusing on IT support, Data Analysis and Practice Management.  

These varied roles have enabled him to develop his managerial, organisational, strategic, and people skills. Over the past few years, he has managed a practice merger, developed a PCN, expanded his practice from thirty staff to over 120 and most recently organised the covid vaccination service locally.  

James brings practical experience of running a successful practice and offers strategic value to other organisations.
